- These rules set out the terms of service, liability and stay on the premises of the Farm.
- The rules apply to all Guests staying on the premises of the Farm.
- Every Guest is obliged to read these rules before the start of their stay; beginning the stay is equivalent to accepting them.
- The rules are available for inspection at the reception and in every room.
- The stay begins at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Extending the stay is possible subject to room availability, only and exclusively with the consent of the Host.
Booking terms
- A reservation may be made electronically or by telephone.
- After making a reservation, the Guest is obliged to pay, within 2 days of the reservation date (the date the funds reach the Farm’s bank account is decisive), a deposit of 30% of the total stay fee.
- A reservation becomes guaranteed once the 30% deposit of the stay value is prepaid within the period confirmed by the Farm. Failure to pay the deposit may result in cancellation of the reservation.
- A Guest’s failure to arrive at the Farm by 6:00 a.m. the following day (arrival the next day) is equivalent to resignation from the stay, unless the Guest has informed the Farm of the situation in advance (for deposit-secured reservations).
- Resignation from or change of the stay reported after the Farm has received the deposit, submitted in writing or by e-mail less than 45 days before the start date of the stay, entitles the Farm to withdraw from the contract and to retain the deposit within the meaning of Art. 394 of the Civil Code.
- The Guest is obliged to pay the full stay fee immediately upon arrival, during check-in.
- If the Guest resigns from the stay before its end, the Farm does not refund the fee for the remaining part of the stay.
- Failure by the Guest to vacate the room during the hours designated for check-out entitles the Farm to charge the Guest a double rate for the next running hotel day, with no guarantee of being able to remain in the same room.
- The Farm may refuse to accept a Guest who, during a previous stay, grossly violated the rules, in particular by causing damage to the property of the premises or the property of Guests, or harm to the person of a Guest, the staff of the premises or other persons present on the premises.
Liability of the Farm
- The Farm is not liable for items, including valuables, left, lost on the premises or lost as a result of theft. Valuables should be kept in the safe provided in the room.
- The car park on the Farm’s premises is unguarded and, in connection with the Guest’s payment for the stay, no contract for the safekeeping of motor vehicles is concluded. The Farm is not liable for damage to or loss of a Guest’s motor vehicle, or of items left inside it, whether the Guest’s vehicle was left in the Farm’s car park or elsewhere.
Liability of the Guest
- Throughout their stay at the Agritourism Farm, children under 13 years of age should remain on the premises under the constant supervision of their legal guardians. Legal guardians bear material liability for any damage caused by children.
- The Guest bears full material liability for any kind of damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices that are part of the Agritourism’s furnishings, caused through their fault.
- The Agritourism Farm reserves the right to charge the Guest in full for damage found after their departure.
- Failure to report comments and objections regarding the technical condition at the moment of being shown into the room is equivalent to the room having been handed over for use in a condition raising no comments or objections from the Guest.
- As soon as any faults or damage occur in the room, the Guest is obliged to inform the Host immediately.
- In the event of a violation of these rules, the Farm may refuse to provide further services to the Guest who violates them. The Guest is obliged to settle the payment for the stay and any damage, and to leave the Agritourism Farm. In the case of checking out a Guest who grossly violated the rules of the premises, the premises do not refund the fee for the stay.
- For safety reasons, a Guest leaving the room should each time close the window, remove the room card from the power switch, turn off the taps and lock the door.
Quiet hours
- Quiet hours apply at the Farm from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the following day.
- The behaviour of Guests and persons using the Farm’s services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests. The Farm may refuse to provide further services to a person who violates this rule.
Additional provisions
- For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use open flames in the room, e.g. candles, or to use any devices or appliances powered by electricity or gas (e.g. irons, heaters, cookers) that are not part of the room’s equipment.
- A total ban on smoking cigarettes, tobacco products and electronic cigarettes applies at the Farm. In the event of a breach of the ban, the Guest(s) will be charged with the cost of refreshing the room (including de-aromatisation) in the amount of PLN 1,000 (in words: one thousand zloty). In the event of the fire alarm system being triggered and the fire brigade arriving, the Guest(s) will also be charged with these costs.
- Removing items that are part of the equipment from the room, e.g. towels, blankets, bedding, is forbidden.
- Rooms are cleaned during the stay at the Guest’s explicit request.
- A total ban on possessing and using legally prohibited intoxicants applies at the Farm. If a breach of this ban is found, the fact will be reported to the Police and the Guest will have to leave the Farm immediately, with no right to a refund of costs resulting from shortening the stay.
- Dangerous objects may not be kept in the rooms, i.e. weapons, ammunition, flammable or illumination materials, etc.
- An electricity management system based on room cards applies in the rooms. Cards issued at reception should be placed in the power switches upon entering the room. Losing a card incurs a one-off fee of PLN 50. The card is returned at check-out.
- Canvassing and door-to-door sales are forbidden on the premises of the Agritourism Farm.
- Guests may not make any functional or visual changes to the rooms, including any adaptations.
Playground and sports pitch
- The playground and sports pitch are intended exclusively for children aged 3 and over.
- Children under 13 years of age must be under the care of legal guardians.
- Animals may not be brought onto the playground or the pitch.
- No littering is allowed on the playground or pitch. Waste must be thrown into the designated bins.
- On the playground and pitch only the equipment provided may be used.
- Due to the risk of loss of health and life and of injury, the following are not permitted: lighting bonfires and using open flames; climbing onto the roofs of towers or the tops of swings; sitting two or more people on single swing or rocker seats; swinging while standing; entering the playground and pitch on a bicycle, scooter, roller skates or inline skates or any other device or equipment intended for recreation or sport.
- Persons whose condition indicates the consumption of alcohol or intoxicants are forbidden from entering the playground and pitch area.
- A total ban on smoking cigarettes or tobacco products applies on the playground and pitch area.
- All playground and pitch equipment must be used in accordance with its purpose and function.
- Children’s legal guardians bear legal liability for damage caused by children to persons or property. Any noticed faults, damage, etc. must be reported to the Host immediately.
- The use of individual play equipment should be appropriate to the child’s development. The assessment should be made by the legal guardian.
Playroom
- Guests of the Farm are entitled to use the playroom.
- Before entering the playroom, the Guest is obliged to read the rules.
- The Hosts are not liable for the safety of persons and children who do not follow the rules.
- The playroom is a place intended for children aged 2–12 exclusively under the care of legal guardians.
- Taking toys out of the playroom is forbidden.
- The Farm does not take any disciplinary action towards children. Comments regarding inappropriate behaviour will be passed on to the legal guardians.
- Legal guardians bear liability for damage to the property or health of other persons using the playroom, caused by children in their care.
- Bringing in and consuming drinks and food products is forbidden in the playroom.
- The Farm is not liable for items left by children in the playroom.
- In order to maintain cleanliness, a total ban on bringing in prams applies.
- In the event of a physical injury while using the playroom, the fact must be reported to the Host immediately, otherwise it will be deemed that the damage did not occur in the playroom.
- Out of concern for the health of our youngest Guests, children or adults who are carriers of infectious diseases, viral and bacterial infections are forbidden from staying in the Playroom.
Lake and pond area
- The area by the lake and pond is unguarded. The Farm is not responsible for the safety of persons in this area or for anyone entering the water.
- Use of the lake and pond area is free of charge for Guests of the Farm.
- Persons using the lake or pond area are obliged to strictly maintain order and follow the Host’s instructions.
- For safety reasons, mutual observation is recommended and, if necessary, providing help or immediately notifying the Host or the appropriate services.
- Minors (up to 18 years of age) may stay in the beach or pond area only under the care of legal guardians, who are responsible for them.
- Guests of the Farm may use the sun loungers free of charge.
- Guests may use the water equipment provided free of charge and at their own full responsibility under the following terms: use is possible only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
- Only adults (who have turned 18) may use the water equipment. Minors (over 13 years of age) may use the water equipment only under the care of adult legal guardians, who take full responsibility for their safety. Persons who have not turned 13 may not use the water equipment.
- Guests may use the water equipment only with a buoyancy aid, which the Farm provides. If no buoyancy aid is available, Guests may not use the equipment and are obliged to report this to the Host.
- The number of people on a piece of water equipment may not exceed the prescribed limit (for a pedal boat – 2 people, for a rowing boat – 2 people).
- Bathing while boating (including jumping from the equipment into the water) and consuming alcohol/intoxicants or being under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants are forbidden.
- If Guests notice any defects or faults in the water equipment, they are obliged to notify the Host immediately before using the equipment. The Guest bears material liability for damage to the equipment caused after their use.
Within the lake and pond area, the following are forbidden:

entry of persons under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants,
-
bringing in, consuming and selling alcohol or intoxicants,
-
throwing waste into the water,
-
destroying devices and equipment,
-
pushing and throwing other people into the water,
-
bringing in dogs without a leash or muzzle,
-
running on the jetties,
-
using personal hygiene products (shampoos, soaps, washing gels),
-
driving in and parking vehicles.

Persons bringing animals into the lake or pond area are obliged to immediately clean up their droppings. The Farm is not liable for valuables and personal belongings left in the lake or pond area.

Persons present in the lake or pond area bear material liability for any damage resulting from their action or omission. The person who caused the damage will be charged with the costs.

Persons disturbing public order or breaching the provisions of these rules will be required to leave the beach and jetty area, and the Farm reserves the option of informing the police.

Entering the lake or pond area is equivalent to accepting these rules.
The forest
The forest is a living structure in which it is hard to maintain safety standards. Every forest visitor should be aware of the hazards that may occur in the forest environment. The table below lists information that may help to avoid and minimise possible hazards.
The Farm is not responsible for a guest’s presence in the forest.

- Use of the forest paths is at the Guest’s own responsibility.
- During storms and strong winds, or immediately before these phenomena, visitors to the forest path should leave the forest area for their own safety.
- Dogs should be brought in only on a leash.
- Minors (up to 18 years of age) may stay in the forest area exclusively under the care of legal guardians.
- The person who caused the damage, or their legal guardians, bears full material liability for any damage.
- During a stay in the forest, in conditions of high air humidity, rainfall or snowfall, please take particular care, as wooden structures may be slippery.
- The Farm is not liable for accidents in the forest area.
- Visitors travel on foot along the designated paths in a way that does not cause destruction or damage to trees, shrubs and other plants. Leaving the path is at one’s own responsibility.
Within the forest area, the following are forbidden:
- destroying trees, shrubs and other plants,
- destroying the terrain, lighting bonfires in places not designated for it,
- damaging elements of small architecture, fences, overturning or moving benches, repositioning bins, labels and any other devices and equipment,
- making changes to plant markings and route directions,
- disturbing the peace,
- driving motor vehicles,
- catching and frightening animals, destroying nesting boxes,
- cycling in places not intended for it,
- littering,
- pitching tents, camping trailers or touring vehicles.
Fire pits on the Farm’s premises
- Bonfires are lit exclusively in the place designated and arranged for this purpose on the Farm’s premises. Lighting bonfires outside the designated place is forbidden.
- Bonfires may be lit after first informing the Host.
- Persons organising a bonfire are obliged to follow the fire safety rules set out in the relevant regulations, and in particular to use open fire only in the designated place.
- The Farm is not liable for the safety of participants taking part in a bonfire.
- Guests taking part in a bonfire are responsible for safety and the area near the fire pits.
- Minors (persons up to 18 years of age) may use the bonfire places only under the care of legal guardians.
- The designated bonfire place may be temporarily withdrawn from use for safety or fire-prevention reasons.
- The Guest(s) organising a bonfire on the Farm’s premises is obliged to effectively extinguish the fire (by pouring water, covering with sand) and to leave the fire pit area in proper order.
- The Guest(s) organising a bonfire is liable for damage arising at the fire pit and to its equipment (benches, tables, steel structures, etc.).
- Organising a bonfire is permitted between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Animals
- Dogs are allowed on the Farm’s premises for an additional fee.
- Large dogs stay in kennels on the Farm’s premises.
- Small dogs (up to 7 kg) may stay in the Guest’s room in a travel crate.
- Dogs may stay on the Farm’s premises only on a leash under the care of the Owner.
- The dog’s Owner is liable for damage caused by dogs.
Animal pastures
- There is a pasture on the Farm’s premises where cattle graze.
- The pasture is fenced with an “electric shepherd” with a power of 3.0 kV / 7 Amps, which is marked with information signs.
The following are forbidden:

entering the pasture without authorisation,

feeding the animals on the pasture,

touching and approaching the fence.

In the event of unauthorised entry onto the pasture, the Farm is not liable for damage caused to the life, health and property of the person who entered. In the event of damage caused (releasing cattle, damaging the fence, etc.) by a person/persons who entered the pasture without authorisation, that person/those persons will be charged with all costs related to the damage in question.
